With over 37 years of experience in Building Services and Sustainability across both the public and private sectors, Mark is recognised for his professionalism, practical insight, and commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet each client’s specific needs and expectations. His extensive expertise spans the full spectrum of M&E consultancy, encompassing projects of varying scale and complexity, from minor works to major developments.

SANJIV SODHA

DIRECTOR

Sanjiv has worked in the Building Services industry for 25 years, with extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex technical projects. Sanjiv has experience across multiple sectors and has led the design for several landmark projects. Passionate about low energy design, Sanjiv brings energy, innovative ideas and an eye for detail to the table at design team meetings.

EMMA SMITH

DIRECTOR

With over 28 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, Emma has extensive knowledge across many facets of business and finance. With a solid background in Health and Safety, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Legal Compliance, Finance and Marketing. Able to multi-task while maintaining excellent communication, Emma brings a wealth of skills and experience to SS and A.
