MARK SMITH
DIRECTOR
With over 28 years experience in Building Services and Sustainability in both the public and private sectors. He is known for his passion and simple, practical approach and has a genuine desire to understand his Client’s needs and expectations. Mark’s experience includes M&E designs for both small to major sized projects including Richmond College, Lincolns Inn Great Hall, Dubai Marina, and Wembley Stadium.
SANJIV SODHA
DIRECTOR
Sanjiv has worked in the Building Services industry for 19 years, with extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex technical projects. Sanjiv has experience across multiple sectors and has led the design for several landmark projects. Passionate about low energy design, Sanjiv brings energy, innovative ideas and an eye for detail to the table at design team meetings.
EMMA SMITH
DIRECTOR
With over 22 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, Emma has extensive knowledge across many facets of business and finance. With a solid background in Health and Safety, Business Administration, Legal Compliance, Finance and Marketing. Able to multi-task while maintaining excellent communication, Emma brings a wealth of skills and experience to SS and A.
The company was founded in 2015 to with the aim to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our Clients by providing a personal touch to both Clients and the Design Team. We focus on strong Director involvement in all projects to deliver commercial and technical excellence within the team.
We pride ourselves on our excellent people, we’re committed, creative and with a wealth of experience that will ensure we will always go the extra mile for our Clients and the teams we work with.
